Recruiting I find is the most challenging part of AVON. I find I want a new recruit to be successful way more than they do. I am getting better at asking people that I meet, and existing customers if they would like to sell AVON. I recruit on Facebook, put stickers on my campaign books, and print and post flyers in various places.
